Abstract
Acne is a frequent skin disease in teenagers, excessive secretion (sebum) from the skin’s oil glands (sebaceous gland) and accumulated, dead skin cells are blocked the skin’s pores. Excessive sebum can split the cellular walls of pores, causing bacterial growth.

Acne is inflammation of the skin, due to blockage of skin’s pores. At the time of pregnancy rise in the levels of hormones in the body of pregnant women initiate the growth of acne. This type of acne clears up soon after the birth of the child.6

Propionibacterium acnes are bacteria identified normally on the skin surface, as well as in pimples.8

Common therapies that are used for the treatment of acne include topical, systemic, hormonal, herbal and combination therapy. Topical applications of erythromycin and clindamycin dosage are used in the treatment of acne.

Introduction
Treatment of acne is the correcting the irregular follicular keratinisation, decreasing the activity of sebaceous glands, decreasing the microbial growth and reducing the inflammation. Topical treatment
Topical application of erythromycin and clindamycin dosage (alcoholic solutions, lotions, creams, and gels) on the affected area is effective to control the acne development. A combination of clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide in gel form is better to a topical antibiotic alone.
Systemic treatment

Oral antibiotics are valuable for moderate to rigorous inflammatory acne characterised by papules, pustules (pimples), nodules and cysts. They are also useful if acne is present in numerous sites like the face and trunk.

Oral contraceptives pill with anti-androgenic characteristic is useful for acne in girls and women.

Oral isotretinoin is the therapy of preference for patients who have not satisfactorily responded to oral antibiotics or who present initially with rigorous acne nodules and cysts.

Various drugs are used in the hormonal treatment of acne such as spironolactone, flutamide, cyproterone acetate (block the effect of androgens on the sebaceous gland). Oral contraceptives suppress the ovarian androgen production. Glucocorticoids, suppress the androgen production.

Treatment of pimple
Honey
Honey has an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity and used in the treatment of pimple. It has cleansing action on the wounds, accelerate tissue regeneration, and decrease the inflammation.1
Aloe vera
Aloe vera has antiseptic and antibiotic effects. Aloe comprises two classes of Aloins: nataloins, and barbaloins. Aloe vera gel is valuable for dry skin conditions, especially eczema in the region of the eyes and sensitive facial skin and pimple. Individuals with oily skin can prevent formation of pimples and acne by using Aloe vera gel.2
Garlic (Allium sativam)
Garlic has anti fungal and antiseptic properties, contains active chemical constituents like Alliin,allicin,ajoene,vinyldithins, diallyl disulphide,trisulphide,antioxidan t-diallyl tetra,penta,hexa & hepta sulphides. Sulphur contents of garlic helps in the rapid healing of pimples.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial characteristic useful for treating pimple. It is consists of the dried inner bark of the shoots of coppiced trees of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees (Syn. Cinnamomum verum), family Lauraceae.
Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil contains analgesic, anti microbial, anti oxidant, antiseptic, fungicidal and astringent properties. It is useful for treating pimple, dermatitis, eczema.
Neem leaves
Neem has anti inflammatory, anti pyretic and anti microbial properties. Nimbidin Margolone, margolonone and isomargolonone are the main active constituents of Neem leaves. Neem leaves pest are used in the treatment of pimple and various skin disorders.3,4

Abstract
Home made treatment of pimples by the use of honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem. Above substances have antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral activity and anti-inflammatory properties widely used as a treatment of pimple at home.

Introduction
Treatment of pimple is the correcting the irregular follicular keratinisation, decreasing the activity of sebaceous glands, decreasing the microbial growth and reducing the inflammation. Home made treatment of pimples by the use of honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem.
Treatment of pimple
Honey
Honey has an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity and used in the treatment of pimple. It has cleansing action on the wounds, accelerate tissue regeneration, and decrease the inflammation.1
Aloe vera
Aloe vera has antiseptic and antibiotic effects. Aloe comprises two classes of Aloins: nataloins, and barbaloins. Aloe vera gel is valuable for dry skin conditions, especially eczema in the region of the eyes and sensitive facial skin and pimple. Individuals with oily skin can prevent formation of pimples and acne by using Aloe vera gel.2
Garlic (Allium sativam)
Garlic has anti fungal and antiseptic properties, contains active chemical constituents like Alliin,allicin,ajoene,vinyldithins, diallyl disulphide,trisulphide,antioxidan t-diallyl tetra,penta,hexa & hepta sulphides. Sulphur contents of garlic helps in the rapid healing of pimples.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial characteristic useful for treating pimple. It is consists of the dried inner bark of the shoots of coppiced trees of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees (Syn. Cinnamomum verum), family Lauraceae.
Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil contains analgesic, anti microbial, anti oxidant, antiseptic, fungicidal and astringent properties. It is useful for treating pimple, dermatitis, eczema.
Neem leaves
Neem has anti inflammatory, anti pyretic and anti microbial properties. Nimbidin Margolone, margolonone and isomargolonone are the main active constituents of Neem leaves. Neem leaves pest are used in the treatment of pimple and various skin disorders.3,4
Conclusion
Honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem are used for the treatment of pimple at home.

Abstract
Various systemic disorders that causes pimple on the lip such as over production of hormones, endocrine disorders (Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary disease,CAH) androgen-secreting tumors, acromegaly and nonendocrine diseases such as Behçet syndrome, Apert syndrome, and PAPA syndrome.

Pimple may be a characteristic in many endocrine disorders, as well as polycystic ovary disease, Cushing syndrome, CAH, androgen-secreting tumors, and acromegaly. Other nonendocrine illness related with acne includes Apert syndrome, SAPHO syndrome, Behçet syndrome and PAPA syndrome.
Hormonal imbalance
Over production of hormones, particularly androgens, Growth Hormone, insulin, CRH, and glucocorticoids, is related with increased rates of acne growth.

Another rare but possible cause of acne is endocrine disorders of various types which lead to over-production of androgenic substances.

Virilization is recognized as the growth of male secondary sex characteristics, deepening of the voice, growth of hair on the body and face, acne and male-pattern balding.5
Pituitary tumors
Pituitary tumors are benign glandular tumors recognize as pituitary adenomas. Pituitary tumors can cause considerable health difficulty because of their location close to the brain and many of them secrete higher quantity of hormones. Pituitary tumors are causes the hormone dysfunction. 6
