Abstract
Various systemic disorders that causes pimple on the lip such as over production of hormones, endocrine disorders (Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary disease,CAH) androgen-secreting tumors, acromegaly and nonendocrine diseases such as Behçet syndrome, Apert syndrome, and PAPA syndrome.

Introduction
Over production of hormones, particularly androgens, GH, insulin, CRH, and glucocorticoids, is related with increased rates of pimple growth. Pimple may be a characteristic in many endocrine disorders, as well as polycystic ovary disease, Cushing syndrome, CAH, androgen-secreting tumors, and acromegaly. Other nonendocrine illness related with acne includes Apert syndrome, SAPHO syndrome, Behçet syndrome and PAPA syndrome.
Hormonal imbalance
Over production of hormones, particularly androgens, Growth Hormone, insulin, CRH, and glucocorticoids, is related with increased rates of acne growth.
Endocrine Disorders
Another rare but possible cause of acne is endocrine disorders of various types which lead to over-production of androgenic substances.
Nonendocrine illness
Other nonendocrine diseases associated with acne include Apert syndrome, SAPHO syndrome, Behçet syndrome and PAPA syndrome.1,2,3
Stress
Stress associated with excess production of cortisol which is androgenic, higher level of androgens in the body may causes the pimple.4
Androgen-secreting tumors
Androgen-secreting tumors are commonly related with rapidly progressive symptoms of hyperandrogenism, which result in a variety of virilization. Virilization is recognized as the growth of male secondary sex characteristics, deepening of the voice, growth of hair on the body and face, acne and male-pattern balding.5
Pituitary tumors
Pituitary tumors are benign glandular tumors recognize as pituitary adenomas. Pituitary tumors can cause considerable health difficulty because of their location close to the brain and many of them secrete higher quantity of hormones. Pituitary tumors are causes the hormone dysfunction. 6
Conclusion
Pimples caused by the various systemic disease like that over production of hormones, endocrine disorders, androgen-secreting tumors, acromegaly and nonendocrine diseases.
