HOME MADE TREATMENT FOR PIMPLE ON LIP
Abstract
Home made treatment of pimples by the use of honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem. Above substances have antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral activity and anti-inflammatory properties widely used as a treatment of pimple at home.

Introduction
Treatment of pimple is the correcting the irregular follicular keratinisation, decreasing the activity of sebaceous glands, decreasing the microbial growth and reducing the inflammation. Home made treatment of pimples by the use of honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem.
Treatment of pimple
Honey
Honey has an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity and used in the treatment of pimple. It has cleansing action on the wounds, accelerate tissue regeneration, and decrease the inflammation.1
Aloe vera
Aloe vera has antiseptic and antibiotic effects. Aloe comprises two classes of Aloins: nataloins, and barbaloins. Aloe vera gel is valuable for dry skin conditions, especially eczema in the region of the eyes and sensitive facial skin and pimple. Individuals with oily skin can prevent formation of pimples and acne by using Aloe vera gel.2
Garlic (Allium sativam)
Garlic has anti fungal and antiseptic properties, contains active chemical constituents like Alliin,allicin,ajoene,vinyldithins, diallyl disulphide,trisulphide,antioxidan t-diallyl tetra,penta,hexa & hepta sulphides. Sulphur contents of garlic helps in the rapid healing of pimples.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial characteristic useful for treating pimple. It is consists of the dried inner bark of the shoots of coppiced trees of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees (Syn. Cinnamomum verum), family Lauraceae.
Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil contains analgesic, anti microbial, anti oxidant, antiseptic, fungicidal and astringent properties. It is useful for treating pimple, dermatitis, eczema.
Neem leaves
Neem has anti inflammatory, anti pyretic and anti microbial properties. Nimbidin Margolone, margolonone and isomargolonone are the main active constituents of Neem leaves. Neem leaves pest are used in the treatment of pimple and various skin disorders.3,4
Conclusion
Honey, aloe vera, garlic, cinnamon, rosemary oil and neem are used for the treatment of pimple at home.
